The system received an error from the “MySQL” database “mysql”: ER_PASSWORD_NO_MATCH

While resetting the cpanel account password from WHM

I saw above error after resetting the passwor.

I see the issue was due to the parameter 

skip-name-resolve

in mysql config /etc/my.cnf

Removing the command and restarting the mysql fixed the issue
