Use of OnlineSupport4u.in.com services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions below, they are designed to protect and benefit all our clients.

Service availability

We shall put up to provide continuing availability of services and server stability, but we shall not, in any event, be liable for service delays and interruptions or down time of the server due to natural calamities.

Liability and indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlineSupport4u.in, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of OnlineSupport4u.in services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Acceptable Use

All services provided by OnlineSupport4u.in may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Indian Law is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse sites promoting things that violate the laws of other countries as well.

Note: Pornography and sex related merchandising are prohibited on any OnlineSupport4u.in servers. This includes sites that may imply sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to OnlineSupport4u.in servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of prohibited content or links include (but are not limited to): IRC software; pirated software; hacking programs or archives; warez sites; distribution of music files or any other material in which the account holder does not own the copyright; porn spamming software; adult sites; game servers (dedicated game server programs). OnlineSupport4u.in will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Content that does not meet these standards will be removed without prior notice to the subscriber.

Account Payment

Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by OnlineSupport4u.in of payment of stated charges. If an account is not paid in full then OnlineSupport4u.in reserves the right to suspend your account (without notice) until all payments have been received. If you exceed your allowable bandwidth and data limit, overage fees will apply on accounts.

Any credit card chargebacks for legitimate invoices attract a $50 as chargeback fee.

Refunds

As we have a number of flexible payment options, the minimum you are required to pay for hosting is the monthly fee for your chosen plan. Should you wish to cancel your hosting account, we will refund the pro-rata amount for any unused whole months only. Refunds do not apply to domain name registrations, SSL certificates, consultations or accounts in breach of our terms of service.Refunds of partial payment are only applicable in 30 days from date of signup

Server resources

Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (including but not limited to, CPU, memory usage and network resources) can be suspended without notice, and then may be given an option of either upgrading their service or reducing the resource needed to an acceptable level.

Hardware, Equipment, and Software

You are responsible for and must provide all telephone, computer, hardware and software equipment and services necessary to access OnlineSupport4u.in Services. OnlineSupport4u.in makes no representations, warranties, or assurances that the client’s equipment will be compatible with OnlineSupport4u.in services.

Backups and data

OnlineSupport4u.in makes daily backups for all client accounts, however for added security we advise that you download local copies of critical data. We accept no responsibility for any data loss or corruption.

We retain a full backup of cancelled or terminated accounts for a maximum of 30 days. Should you require this data, a $15 data recovery fee is payable.

Suspension, Cancellation and Termination

OnlineSupport4u.in reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account holder’s access at our sole discretion. Of your breach of the above terms and conditions we reserve the right to deactivate and/or remove your account from our servers immediately.

For security purposes, all service cancellations must be submitted via the client area. If you do not know your login details, you can request a http://billing.onlinesupport4u.in. Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full before a cancellation will be processed for the requested service.

OnlineSupport4u.in reserves the right to terminate and delete all data (including backups), for any services which remain unpaid for a period of 3 months or longer.

TOS Updates

We reserve the right to revise, amend and modify the OnlineSupport4u.in Terms of Service at any time.
